Method 1

Run regedit.exe.

Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Personalization, create or edit the key “NoLockScreen” of type REG_DWORD and a value of 0x00000001.

Method 2

Alternatively, run gpedit.msc (Local Group Policy Editor).

Under Computer Configuration->Administrative Templates->Control Panel->Personalization, change the value of the option “Do not display the lock screen” to “Enabled”.
